Most of the current tenants are military, but you dont have to be! We just ask that you're respectful, clean up after yourself, and that you're a good tenant/roommate overall!

Must have no evictions over the last 5 years, clean background check, must make 3x rent. Prefer 620+ credit score. Security deposit between 500-1000. 500 for students, military, educators, medical/first responders. Up to 1000 for lower credit score.
