Perfect for someone looking for the basics and a comfortable stay. 10 minutes from gate 5, 20 minutes to Downtown Augusta, about 30 minutes to vogle. Most of the current tenants are military, but you dont have to be! We just ask that you're respectful, clean up after yourself, and that you're a good tenant/roommate overall!

Must have no evictions over the last 5 years, clean background check, must make 3x rent. Prefer 620+ credit score. Security deposit between 500-1000. 500 for students, military, educators, medical/first responders. Up to 1000 for lower credit score. Sorry we are not acceltion vouchers at this time.
