Private upstairs master bedroom + bathroom unit available in Montopolis/East Riverside neighborhood. This is a shared 3b/3ba house with a guest room. We are a house oriented towards community, play, and growth.

The bedroom is oversized and comes furnished with a standing desk, 49" ultrawide monitor, queen bed, dresser, nightstand, oversized shower, dual sinks, bidet, cold plunge, and walk-in closet. The common areas are furnished and include a 100" projector, weight lifting set, kitchen appliances, and dishware. Small/medium hypoallergenic and housebroken dogs are welcome to be part of the family!

The room is available immediately until mid-Sept, with a possible extension until the end of 2024. Utilities + internet are an extra $100/mo. Optional garage parking is $30/mo and includes an EV charger.
