Hello- We are looking for mature professional, respectful and clean pearson to share house with.
We offer a furnished 400+sqft room (studio like) with specious master suite, private bath, private entrance, private access to backyard and your own private kitchen!!. The only sharing areas are: the driveway, laundry and backyard.
Recently added a brand new kitchen and renovated bathroom. Closs access to I-5 N/S and HWY 167. Minutes from Show Ware Center, Light Rail, Highline College, restaurants, grocery stores, parks.
Laminate wood flooring throughout, backyard for relaxing and gardening.
Rent=$1285/mo including electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage and internet. Deposit =$700; background check is required
No pet, no smoking/vaping/ drugs or overnight guests.
Owner is early 60s live in the main house, female, work from home 7:30am -4:30pm. she has an old friendly black golden retriever/lamb dog.
