We do not want any smoking, Also only one small dog is allowed, NO cats inside the home. There is a shared driveway with a smaller house. Both properties are fenced in on the road side and a fence on the pasture side has been built. Pasture is not included in the rental.
The house has been Newly painted inside, updated kitchen and new bathroom and kitchen floors. Very large living room. There is a Fireplace but it does not work. The BR wood floors are not finished.
