Complex is gated and quiet. Located 2.3 miles from downtown, where you'll find a large variety of restaurants, shops, Thursday Street Fair, the PS Art Museum. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 9 miles away/15 minutes. The Palms is located near shopping, parks, golf, hiking and cycling trails.
