Stunning views of the redwood forest from big windows in this peaceful private cottage in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Lots of natural light and high vaulted ceilings. Soothing water sounds from the creek.
Includes a kitchen, wood stove, full bathroom, washer and dryer and semi-private outdoor deck. Also included is shared use of a 120-square-foot storage shed.
Utilities included in rent are water and garbage. Electricity paid separately (metered according to usage).
NO PETS in general but an exception may be made for one small dog who is not left alone in the cottage.
No smokers or parties on site.
This private cottage is on a chemical free property shared by the owners house. Tenants must use nontoxic unscented laundry detergent and refrain from using scented products such as perfumes, air fresheners, scented candles, etc.
If you currently use Tide, Gain or another strongly scented laundry detergent you are not a fit to rent this.
