Private Bedroom with bath

We are looking for a renters (2) who is interested in a basement space with a Private Bedroom, shared bath, other amenities, and off-street parking (1-space).

Renters (2) who is fully gainfully employed, or a student: clean, sober, responsible, and mindful of other house occupants.

The space has its own separate outside downstairs entry and is partially furnished with a 1-queen bed, dresser, closet.

The owner will require credit and background checks which cost $45. Please do not contact me if you are unwilling to pay the $45.00, have a criminal record or current criminal activity. No pets allowed. Monthly rent of $850.00 and $800 cleaning/damage deposit which is refundable after end of lease subject to deductions costs for any cleanup and damage repairs, if applicable.

The payments due on the 1st day of the month. Lease converts to month to month rental after initial lease ends, if desired.

Completion of Prescreen is required before scheduling a walk through.
