Private 1BR/1BA in a shared 3BR house

Private upstairs bedroom + bathroom unit available in Montopolis/East Riverside neighborhood. This is a shared 3b/3ba house with a guest room. We are a house oriented towards community, play, and growth.

The common areas are furnished and include a 100" projector, weight lifting set, kitchen appliances, and dishware. We have a guest room where visitors can stay up to 3 nights. I love pets but I'm allergic to cats and most dogs. If you have a small/medium hypoallergenic and housebroken dog, they are welcome to be part of the family!

Rental terms are flexible, but would like at least a 6 month commitment. Ideal move-in is mid July. Utilities + internet are an extra $100/mo. Optional garage parking is $30/mo and includes an EV charger.
