$50 co-signer fee - Co-signer must also have 600+ credit score and income that is 4x the rent

After Approval and Lease is Signed: Pay first month's rent $2300 + $100 admin fee

Prior to Move In: Pay Remainder of Deposit $1725

The Next month's Rent: Not Due until 8/01/2024
