One room is furnished with a full bed, vanity and drawers for storage. The office features a drawer, desk and computer chair.

The living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry are shared with the upstairs and downstairs tenant(s).

Sewer, trash and Wifi are included in rent. Water and electric utilities will be shared between the tenants.
