We live in Union near the Twahno State Park. We're about a mile off a dirt/gravel private road hill (think a forest access road vibe). So it's very private, quiet, and peaceful. We back 100s of acres of timberland forest.
Our home is located on 5.5 acres. The apartment is a studio. Detached from main house. Very private.
Full bathroom. Large shower!
Private access to a shared washer/dryer.
Oven/stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Large front porch with built in benches.
You have access to the yard and gardens.
This unit comes furnished or unfurnished.
Rent includes everything!
We have amazing WiFi that is very reliable.
This unit is best for a single person or couple.
Small pets ok! Small dogs, cats, or caged animals all acceptable. Medium dogs possibly, if they're not destructive and good with our two senior dogs.
We require a background check, references, and proof of income.
We have a ZERO Tolerance for violence or drug abuse. New carpet to be installed before move in.
