Our tranquil, central Temecula home is located on a wide street. Its clean, fresh, serene environment is very relaxing, and nice to come home to. We take pride in our home, and those who enter. We are looking for one tenant with excellent character, clean, quiet, respectful, honest, mindful and considerate of others.

Who Will we rent to?
One person ONLY to our one room renral, no pets of any kind.
Must be employed outside home/daytime shift
No smoke, drugs or any visitors.
No history of felonies

$50.00 per day (this price is for short term)
Or long-term rental
Minimum stay rate is 30 days
We have a smaller room available at $40 per night, 30 day minimum stay.

Long-term rental(6 months or more) $900.00 per month plus $100 a month for utilities which make it $1000 per month, including utilities and rental for long-term.
