One Room in a 4 Person Apartment

The apartment has a no pets policy. I am leasing one room in this apartment. The leasee needs to be male. The other 3 roommates who are currently living in the apartment are men. They are currently attending UIUC and are very respectful people. The bedroom includes a mattress, desk, chair and dresser. There are 4 bedrooms total alongside 2 bathrooms. The living room includes a sofa, sofa chair, T.V, coffee table and two end tables. There is a glass dinning table that has 4 chairs. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of counter space and drawer space. There is a patio with a view of the surrounding buildings and street, and has two chairs and a table out on it. There is an in unit washer and dryer. The apartment is located in campus town and is within walking distance of the Campus. The total monthly rent payment is $2,035.00 and is split 4 ways. The specific room that I am leasing comes with an assigned parking spot that is an extra $50 every month. The lease term begins on 8-03-2024 at 12pm and the term ends 7-24-2025 at 12pm.
