SINGLE room for ONE person with a closet for rent short term. House has two full bathrooms, 1.5 kitchens, a 2 car garage plus shed, 3 bedrooms (one occupied by me, the 2nd by a friend) a huge basement and big backyard. I'll also have a ping pong table and workout equipment in the basement available for use.

Me; 34 year old professional male. When I'm home I'm usually pretty low key. I enjoy sports, the outdoors, traveling, TV and video games here n there.

You; trustworthy, respectful, clean. (Similar interests would be nice but not a requirement)

I will be requiring a formal rental application as well as lease, so you'll need pay stubs, proof of employment/rental history.
