Features huge master bedroom, split level 2nd bedroom and bathtub/shower. Yard space at the front door. Washer and dryer out the back door. 1 parking stall at the bottom of the property and street parking available. Rent includes these utilities: electricity, water, wastewater, and yard service. Pets are negotiable depending on temperament and interaction with our pets. Additional $500 pet deposit and $100 fee per month rent. $1000 damage deposit and rent due 30 days in advance. Month-to-month lease or long-term lease negotiable. $45 application fee for credit- background- residency-employment checks. Minimum credit score of 650. Minimum income 2x rental amount. No smoking.
