2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: $74,700 per year
2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathroom: $77,400 per year
2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: $79,200 per year
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms: $88,200 per year
*Co-signer requirements: must provide documentation demonstrating three times the minimum income requirements stated above; before taxes*

Application Fee is $25.00 per person, non-refundable.
Holding deposit of $600.00 is required to be paid immediately after approval and is non-refundable 72 hours after approved.
Security deposit ranges from a minimum of $600.00 to a maximum of one months' worth of rent.
