The first completed and approved applicant will need to pay the security deposit to secure their housing.

**Pet Policy and Procedure:** NO CATS owner is extremely allergic, and this will cause a health concern.

Other Pets
A non-negotiable and non-refundable animal/pet cleaning deposit of $500 must be paid if applicable.

Applicants must provide a picture of the pet, proof of breed, and (weight restrictions may apply), as well as up-to-date vaccination records and proof of spaying or neutering for verification with the veterinarian.
