House is right by Amazon Fresh, LA/Planet Fitness, I-5, and transit. Quiet area with cool neighbors (summer BBQs!) and big rooms (not tiny downtown closet-boxes). Two living rooms = space to breathe.

Rent is $1050. Mostly furnished, happy to furnish your room if needed.
