Female & fellow student preferred. Best suited for applicants seeking a clean, quiet space and respectful of others; who doesn't mind sharing the common space with the friendly resident cat, Milo. Bedroom is private & spacious; walk-in closet and bath ensuite. Parking space and private mailbox incl. Split cost for utilities (wifi & electric/gas) approx. $60/mo. Routine shared cleaning is expected of shared spaces. No new pets are permitted.
To qualify, Applicant must successfully pass the Application and Screening process. Once approved, showings are by appt. only for qualified applicants only. Application Fee due upon applying. Security Deposit + Rent required upon contract signing. 6 mo minimum lease required then month to month option avail.
