A private upstairs room and a private basement room are coming available July 1st and Sept 1st! This is a SHARED living situation — no couples, no pets please.

Utilities are $50/month. Parking is on the street or there is a driveway spot $45. It's walkable to a metro station & 15 min drive.

It's recently renovated with new appliaces new kitchen, huge backyard, washer/dryer in unit. The kitchen and living room are furnished.

The common areas (especially the kitchen) stay very clean. We don't have guests over (or very minimually) out of respect for roommates. We are a friendly bunch but we also respect personal space and privacy. This is a quiet atmosphere to accommodate different schedules and daily quior roommates.

Qualifications: steady employment and 2x income to rent.
