1 bedroom with attached private bathroom in a 4 bedroom house. Kitchen is shared.
$1000/m + $1000 refundable deposit. All utilities included (extra cost for AC usage).
Female preferred as roommates are mostly female for that area. Next to their bathroom. Therefore another female roommate is preferred.
There is 1 male roommate but his room is in the other section if the house. Super nice guy that's been living here for a decade.

1 person occupancy preferred. Sorry, no pets.
No smoking/drugs/parties inside the house.

Laundry on site.
Kitchen shared with other roommates and livingroom is furnished.
Plenty of street parking and optional driveway spot.
Close to ffwy 22/57/55
Close to the Block of Orange Outlets.

Room is currently occupied and will start showing July 11 after 6 PM, July 12 and 13 after 9 AM and 6 PM after July 15.
