The location is very close to Ralphs/Whole Foods/Trader Joe's/Sawtelle area, and the 405 and 10 freeway.

There are currently 1 young female professionals living here who are friendly and laid back. They are looking for someone friendly, clean, responsible, and financially stable.

There is a $1400 security deposit. The lease will be 1 year with 30 days notice, but I'm hoping to find someone stable and long-term.
