These unfurnished apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Each unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Terms and Rent Details:
- Application Fee: $40 per adult
- Security Deposit: $1,000
- Pet Policy:
- Cats allowed
- Small dogs allowed (with breed restrictions)

- Applicants will be subject to fees for the pet application through PetScreening
- No monthly pet rent.

Pet Deposits and Fees:
- For pets under 1 year old:** A refundable deposit of $250, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee,
- For pets 1 year or older:** A refundable deposit of $150, plus a non-refundable $150 pet fee

Qualifications for Residency:
To qualify for residency, you will need a monthly household income of at least three times the rent, a credit score of 600 or higher, and must pass a background check. Any prior evictions or landlord claims may disqualify you.
