Lovely Furnished Room for Female Renter near Disneyland

1 bedroom/shared bath for female renters only. This is an adorable furnished room. All utilities are included in the rent. The room has a bed, 2 side tables, a dresser with mirror. This is a month to month rent but I'm looking for someone long term. Looking for a student/ professionals.
This is a very peaceful, clean & quiet home with a professional, we are Christian family.You will have a space in cabinets in the kitchen for your own items. All utilities are included.There are the house rules:
No overnight guests. No animals of any kind/ no exceptions. No smoking/drinking/vaping/medical cannabis/Marijuana,No exceptions. Must be clean and clean up after yourself. No guests in home. No washer/dryer provided,
Close to shops, grocery stores, Walmart, Disneyland, Starbucks,freeways 5 and 22.
Will require a first and last month's rent and a damage deposit. Proof of employment and ID and Reference. Sorry, no children.
