Looking for 2 more mature women (50+ years) roommates to team up on rent and share a home (4 bed/3 bath). Two rooms are rented already. Each roommate is responsible for their portion of the rent ($1165 per month, all inclusive). Deposit is $1165 (refundable) and first/last month rent for a total of $3,495 to move in. All of the main areas are shared (kitchen, sitting room, dining room, family room, lanai, yard, bathroom, laundry, etc.) with tenant having a private bedroom. Bathrooms are shared. The main bedroom/garage are spoken for. The kitchen is updated with stunning white Quartz countertops, white 42" cabinets, new appliances and an island 12ft+ long for eat-in dining. The sitting room is very relaxing. Large family room and dining room with sliding glass door. All shared spaces will be furnished with private bedrooms unfurnished. Lanai with yard (not fenced) and access to amenities.
