Looking for a roommate!

I have a video tour of when I visited. I did not get any good photos, so DM me for the video. Move-in would be the week of July 27th- August 2nd for me. I would prefer a roommate to move in sometime in August. I attend UKY, and it is about a 10-minute drive away. We can carpool if we have similar schedules and etc. It is located next to a neighborhood shopping center with a Kroger's, which is walkable. I have a miniature long-haired dachshund. She is very sweet and gets along with other dogs, but is not fond of cats. You are welcome to bring any pet. We can try a cat, but they might have some issues to work out. The pet move-in fee is $300, and pet rent is $30 a month. The apartment comes unfurnished, but they do work with a furnishing company that will take care of it if you would like to do that. I am looking for a clean, open communicator who is considerate of school, work, sleep schedules, etc.
