Smoking outdoors only. No pets allowed, no exceptions. Please do not disturb the other tenants. There are 3 other people that live here. One roommate has their own private bathroom so you'd be sharing the bathroom with 2 other people.

Requirements: Must make 2.5x rent (if you apply you must show proof of income)-Healthy Credit Score (will not consider below 600) -Provide 1-2 landlord references (if this is your first place a co-signer will be required for the first 6 months of your lease)
