The interior is equipped with a full size kitchen (including stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave) luxurious fixtures, and tile backsplash. The Exterior features a porch and private parking. Renter is responsible for water and electricity.

Preferably no pets, but pets under 20 lbs can be considered. If pet is approved, a non refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent are required. Smoking inside property is prohibited.

One time $300 admin fee, first months rent, and security deposit are due before move in.

We accept Section 8 Vouchers.

2. Credit Score - 600 minimum
3. Income - 3x total rent. (Most recent paystubs will be requested)
