Common areas are also furnished as pictures, includes wifi, hoa from lawn maintenance, washer/dryer, and capped utilities (300). Off street parking for 2 cars and can utilize street parking for an extra vehicle.

Preferred qualifications: no evictions over the last 5 years, clean background check, make 2.5x rent, 620+ credit score. Security deposit between 1,750-3,000. Lowest deposit available for students, military, educators, medical/first responders. Up to 3,000 for lower credit scores, previous eviction, and/or not fully meeting income requirement.
