We are looking to move out of Marshall on 5th due to financial hardships and personal issues we are going through at the moment, we are looking for anyone to takeover the lease!
You can move in ASAP as well.
We have one small room at $872 per month and one big room at $999 per month

We now only have 2 spots left for a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment on Marshall on 5th! It is right there next to campus.
Amenities include:
Pool with cabanas overlooking campus, study spaces, 24-Hour Fitness Center, Courtyards, a Private bathroom AND bedroom per unit, fully-furnished, comes with a desk, desk chair, shelving, dresser, coffee table, TV, and a full XL sized bed, washer and dryer, a kitchen, etc.
Rent Includes: Water, sewage wifi, and cable.
Only electricity and parking are not included in the rent/are the only bills.
Electricity bill can range anywhere from $20-$60 unless you use a lot of electricity.
As of now, the security deposit and administration fee are waived!
This is a co-ed unit.
