This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month.

One pet can be accepted with a non refundable $300 pet fee and increased monthly rent by $35 for a cat or $50 for a dog.

Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $35 each. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Monthly income should exceed $5,085 and credit score should be above 630.
