Newly remodelled bath.Separate fridge in large kitchen for your use. Place for your dishes and pantry items. Limited storage in garage for boxed items. Contracted pest control, in home cleaning service included in rent but you are responsible for your own room.

I am friendly, chill and enjoy my privacy. I have a full social life outside of home but rarely and I do mean rarely does anyone stop by. When at home, I like to rest &restore my self.

I work regular hours and quiet time most nights. Must work out side the home, be honest, clean and considerate.

Background check, proof of income, credit check due by lease signing. Month to month. All monies paid up front. I do not expect perfection. No one is perfect. Let's talk.
