Utilities (water, gas, electricity, and wireless internet) is an additional set price $150. The room has a large walk-in closet, private bath, and extra storage closet outside of the room. The kitchen is equipped with double island, lots of storage, and all cooking equipment.
Have the option to use the common kitchen refrigerator or have a private refrigerator in your room.
Bed/mattress available if needed, but is optional.
Common areas include garage gym, study area with two desks, dining area, living room with TV, and upstairs living room with hdmi wall projection (for movie nights). Washer and dryer room is located on the third floor. This is the perfect place for students!
Other rooms will be occupied by other students and/or working professionals (Total of 4 rooms available - please DM for more info) One year lease preferred.
Additional occupancy is an additional 10% of rent to cover utilities. Room will be available May 1.
