New Windows, New Toilet, New Ceiling Fans, New Carpet Throughout. This apartment does have its own off street parking spot. Water/Sewer/ is included for 1/2 people MAX. tenant pays for heat which is propane and 1/3 of the electric until the above apartment is put on their own meter then it becomes 1/2 of the electric split with me (communal area and the below STR and your own Wi-Fi.
Tenants will be required to pass credit and background checks and have proof of current and active renters' insurance for THIS address prior to moving in.
