The house is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 1 mile from the UM stadium and 2 miles from the University of Michigan campus and downtown Ann Arbor. It's a 25-minute walk to the stadium and about 40 minutes on foot to central campus or downtown, with easy access to parks, cafes, and nature. The Eberwhite Woods and Frisinger Park are just a short stroll away.

We are looking for a renter while we are away for sabbatical from Sep. 2025 - June 2026. Dates can be flexible.

Security Deposit amount determined by the owner.

For each pet, there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $200 and monthly fee of $35.
