It comes with 1 covered parking space that leads to the entrance of the unit. The bedroom is secured and fully furnished with smart tv, queen bed, storage cubes, closet space and work area.

The shared kitchenette includes a 2 burner stove, pots and pans, dishes, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.

The shared bathroom comes stocked with towels and washcloths.

The backdoor leads to a shared storage/walk-through room and laundry room.

All utilities are included. 1st and last month's rent due upon lease signing. Individual working full-time work and or in college preferred. Car is necessary to commute from this location. Occasional guests ok.
