Room for Rent Whittier/La Mirada area

This is not an apartment. This is a room for rent in my home.
Lease is a month-to-month. Street parking available. Shared spaces are kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, den area and back yard. Utilities included (within reason), and Wi-Fi. No streaming services provided. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Furniture in pictures are available if needed. Larger bed will be the responsibility of the renter. Room shown by appointment only. **Please do not apply till we get a chance to meet first.** Mature adults without kids. Seniors preferred. Currently we have seniors and we don't want to mess with the dynamics . Male preferred. No pets allowed.

FYI: this is not a pet free home. Please be mindful if you suffer from pet allergies. We currently have one senior cat and one senior dog.
