Please note there is no real kitchen, although there is a full-sized fridge and space for microwave, hot plate, outdoor grill, etc. Outdoor shower is enclosed in a climate-controlled sunroom and has ample privacy but note no shower/tub in the bathroom itself. Large walk-in closet and crawlspace for storage. On the lower level walkout you will find your own huge woodshop (add'l 750sf with space for two cars plus additional storage) and carport.
