This gated and fully furnished move-in ready 2 bed/2 bath home sits atop the Buena Vista lagoon and has ocean views! Enjoy incredible sunsets/views from almost every room and the large balcony. This turn-key home has a fully stocked kitchen, including an air fryer, an in-unit washer and dryer, heat, and a starter pack of necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, basic kitchen oil, and seasonings). There is no AC, but there is a great coastal breeze off the lagoon, and we have extra fans available for use. The bedrooms are large, and the closets have plenty of storage space. The large primary bedroom features an en-suite bath with a shower and a seat. The primary bedroom also has access to the living room balcony. The guest bedroom is located near the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. High-speed wifi included along with TV streaming services available through your log-in. Community pool and BBQ available for use.

About 1 mile to Rue Des Chateaux (aka the Point) beach. 0.7 miles (approx. 15 minute walk) to Carlsbad Village, which features restaurants, shops, and entertainment along with a Coaster stop, bike paths, and walkways along the ocean. Carlsbad Village offers everything from a weekly farmers market to live music and dancing to wine tasting, coffee shops, beauty salons, beer tap houses, and award-winning Michelin Star-rated restaurant Jeune et Jolie. 2 min from the famous 101 coastal highway or the 5 freeway. Close proximity to local hospitals, business centers, and Camp Pendleton. No need to have a car with the Carlsbad Coaster station nearby that will take you all of the way to downtown San Diego or up to Oceanside where you can catch the Amtrak.
