This cozy studio is just a block from the beach. The studio is directly attached to the main house and both share a common deck, but it also has a separate entrance and parking for the convenience and privacy of it's guests. There is one parking space for the unit. There is a kitchen, a dining area, living room, and bedroom with a private bath. Please note the kitchen does not have an oven but beyond that, it comes with all the essentials. The living room has a comfortable leather apartment style sofa, marble coffee table, flat panel TV, cable, DVD player and sound bar. The main storage area is also located in the living room with closet and drawer space. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and connected bathroom. Please note that there is no bathtub, just a shower stall.
