It's a great location and layout - 2nd floor, private balcony, and right next to the pool. Plus you're 15 min from Folly Beach AND downtown Charleston.

Central AC, W/D hookups, pet-friendly.

Available now and the lease goes to Oct 27th for $1874/month ($1,788 + $86 fees). You'll be contracting directly with the management company and after the lease ends, you can renew for up to 13 months at a time.

Fees included: deposit waiver fee, amenities, valet trash, dumpster, community fee, pest control

Water and electric are separate and paid by tenant.

Application process:
Applicants will apply directly to the property management company. Please message me with your email and I can send the application. You would pay any application fee to them directly.
They will do a background check, including rental history. If successful, you'd take over the lease and they'd remove my info.
