Its located in a very queit town, & tenent will have there own intrance & parking.

This Room, is located in the back of the house, it has its own entry door, & has it own gas washer/dryer hook up. It comes with a good size closet, plenty of storage space for food item or personal items & is in a very quiet little ranch. It also has its own mini/split with ac/heater. For a couple rent will be $1,800 for a single person the rent will be $1600. Please contact us to make an appointment if you would like to walk the casita. We prefer a single responsible person or a couple but no more than two people can live in a one bedroom.
If you desire for the room to be furnished we can offer that at an additional cost or we can sell you the furniture for you to own. Remember all utilities are included, we will include internet, a microwave & a hot plate or crockpot, as there is no stove. You will have your own parking space & you have your own mail box.
