Spacious, attached, granny unit in wonderful Bennett Valley location.

This light filled, spacious, granny unit has a large living room with huge windows overlooking a pasture setting, a full kitchen, a half bath for guests, and an ensuite bath with step in shower in the bedroom. There is no bathtub.

There is a sunny deck area and a one car detached carport for parking and a bit of unsecured storage.

The unit has its own entrance but is attached with a shared (kitchen) wall to the main home (which is tenant occupied).

The granny unit has laundry hookups for small, or stacked, machines with gas for the dryer (no electric for dryer).

No more than 2 small cars will be permitted due to parking configurations. Tenant will have access to the sunny deck outside the granny unit and a shared garden area- but no fenced yard. Chicken coop use is possible.

The property is accessed up a shared, private, gated, driveway. There are a total of 5 homes that share the large property..

Due to septic system restrictions, this home is limited to 2 occupants.

One cat may be permitted, but this is a country setting with wildlife that roams (so outdoor pets are at risk). No dogs permitted as there is no fenced yard.

Rent included water, sewer, gas and electric.

Tenant pays directly for their own garbage service, cable, internet, and phone. Prior tenants used Comcast for internet and TV.
