This is a shared property, and the driveway, backyard, and basement are part of a separate unit. The ideal tenants will be reasonably quiet and respectful of sounds/shared spaces, as sound travels between units.

Smoking and drugs are not permitted on the property. The lease term is 12 months. Renter's insurance required.

Credit/background check is around $85 per applicant (all paid to the background check company and only processed when submitted). All occupants must apply and undergo a background check.

This is not an accessible dwelling unit.
