Hotel living for students! Next to De Anza College! The Cupertino Hotel & residence offers a quiet, comfortable space designed specifically for student living. The room has a king-size bed, a standard closet, two nightstands, a dresser, and a desk with a chair. A flat-screen TV with cable is included so that you can relax after a long day of classes. The bathroom has a double vanity, tub, and shower combo, providing extra space and comfort.

The room also includes a mini fridge,perfect for storing snacks and microwave for preparing quick meals. Weekly maid service is included free of charge (change of towels and sheets every 7 days). Daily trash pick up. The rate covers: Fully furnished room, strong Wi-Fi, morning breakfast, unlimited local calls, trash service, parking and weekly cleaning. The price for one person in a standard king room is $3200 net, or you can choose to share the room for a lower monthly rate of $1800 per person. We do not do "matchmaking" . We do have rooms with double bed. Each room can have up to two adults and is based on $1800 per person, per month, and all residents must be students sharing with other students.
