Single family home in quiet cul-de-sac. *Home is equipped with whole house filtration/water softener system, a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and an ADT alarm system (optional-call to set up an account).
*Tenant is responsible for following periodic maintenance, at a minimum:
- quarterly changing of hvac filters (2)
- adding salt to softener/filtration system as needed
*Landscaping is included in rent.
*Pet Policy: We do not believe in charging for pets as they are family, rather we charge each tenant a one time non refundable cleaning fee of $500 and change carpets after tenants with pets. Tenant is responsible for any damage to the Property not reported at move-in.
*We use the turbotenant site & mobile app to manage all lease agreements, payments, fees, maintenance etc in one place. It allows tenants to purchase renters insurance and the flexibility to pay through the program or via automatic ACH payments.
