One unfurnished bedroom is available, perfect for one to enjoy (10x10). The room next door is rented to another tenant, and you will have a shared bathroom. $600 rent includes the use of all of the common areas of the house except for the garage, and utilities are included (electricity, water, trash, internet.) We do not have a t.v., but you are welcome bring one for use in your room, with streaming or satellite at your own expense. The house is a fairly quiet space. My husband and I are retired educators who love to read. Consider our book collection to be your own personal lending library! Landlord has some vision problems, so no pets allowed. You will need a reliable vehicle to live here, as our subdivision is not within walking distance of shops, jobs, schools, etc. We are in a safe, quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
