Hoffman House: Bedroom #1 (of 3)

One unfurnished bedroom is available, perfect for one to enjoy (10x10). The room next door is rented to another tenant, and you will have a shared bathroom. $600 rent includes the use of all of the common areas of the house except for the garage, and utilities are included (electricity, water, trash, internet.) We do not have a t.v., but you are welcome to bring one for use in your room, with streaming or satellite at your own expense. The house is a fairly quiet space. My husband and I live there as well. We are retired educators who love to read. Consider our book collection to be your own personal lending library! Landlord has some vision problems, so no pets allowed. You will need a reliable vehicle to live here, as our subdivision is not within walking distance of shops, jobs, schools, etc. We are in a safe, quiet, family oriented neighborhood.
