Come live in an Oakland historic landmark! This Victorian mansion features 8,500 sqft of amazing architecture and massive furnished common areas. All private, fully furnished rooms have either a queen or king bed, desk, chair, and clothing storage.

In total there are: 19 furnished bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 4 dining rooms, 2 full kitchens, and 3 sets of washer/dryer units.

The 9 bathrooms all have showers, there are no bathtubs. There are also no private bathrooms, though you'll usually only need to share with 1 or (maybe) 2 other people.

Street parking is easy. Limited on-site parking can be reserved for a fee, otherwise parking on-site is first come, first served.

Pricing is based on room choice. Rent listed is the avg. Please inquire about available rooms with the date you'd like to move and length of stay.

Rent includes all utilities, internet, weekly cleaning services, and consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen/bathroom soap, etc.
